To ensure that we are compliant with federal health regulations and due to the sensitivity of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase at antidote@antidoteselfcare.com or fill out our contact form to review your concerns. If we are contacted outside of that timeframe, we have the right to deny replacement. We will do our absolute best to resolve your concerns. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We have a strict return policy in place for the safety and health of our customers and staff and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please allow 1-3 days to process orders & 3-7 business days for shipping. Please keep in mind this is our generalized time frame and orders will more than likely be processed and shipped same day. Holidays, weekends and sales may delay orders.
